Before Your Lash Extensions & Lash Lift Appointment:

To ensure the best results and a relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

  • Arrive with Clean Eyes: Avoid wearing eye makeup or mascara to allow proper adhesion and optimal results.

  • Remove Contact Lenses: Please take out contact lenses before your appointment for comfort and safety.

  • Limit Caffeine Intake: Avoid caffeine for at least two hours before your appointment to help you stay relaxed.

  • Dress Comfortably: You may be seated or lying down for an extended period, so wear comfortable clothing.

Foreign Lash Fills

If you have booked a Foreign Fill, our artist will assess your existing lashes to determine whether a fill is possible or if a full set is needed. Please note:

  • A $10 surcharge applies to all Foreign Fills in addition to the standard fill price.

  • In some cases, a full removal and new set may be required if the existing lashes are not compatible with our products or techniques.

Appointment Guidelines

  • No Additional Guests: To maintain a calm and professional environment, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.

  • Rescheduling or Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance by phone, email, or using the link in your confirmation email.

Payment Options

  • Preferred Payment Method: Cash is preferred and appreciated.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Card on File Requirement

  • A credit card is required to book an appointment. It will not be charged unless a no-show, late cancellation, or last-minute rescheduling occurs.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment anytime up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost to the card on file. This charge is non-transferable to a new appointment.

  • Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
