Booking Policies

Prior to Your Lash Extensions and Lash Lift Appointment:

- No Eye Makeup/Mascara: Ensure your eyes are free of any makeup to allow the best results.

- No Contact Lenses: Please remove contact lenses before your appointment.

- Avoid Caffeine: Refrain from consuming caffeine at least 2 hours before your appointment to help you relax.

-Dress Comfortably:  Wear comfortable clothing as you may be seated or lying down for an extended period.

Foreign Lash Fills:

If you have booked a Foreign Fill, please note that the artist will need to assess your lashes to determine if a fill is appropriate or if a full set is necessary. Foreign fills incur an additional $10  charge on top of the fill price.

All Appointment Guidelines:

- No Additional Guests: To ensure a relaxing and professional environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests to your appointment.

- Rescheduling or Cancellations: Please email or call us, or use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time

Payment Options:

- Preferred Payment: Cash is preferred and appreciated!

- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo.

General Booking Information

- Card on File Requirement: All bookings require a credit card to be kept on file. This card will not be charged unless there is a no-show, no-call, or a last-minute cancellation.


Rescheduling and Cancellations

- Rescheduling* You can reschedule your appointment at any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

- Cancellations within 48 Hours: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. Please note that this charge is non-transferable to a new appointment date.

- Emergencies: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you find yourself in such a situation, please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
